As Maine Source Realty’s Transaction Coordinator, Regina functions as a liaison between real estate agents, clients, escrow companies and mortgage brokers from contract-to-close together with supporting the listing-to-contract process. Regina’s honed organizational skills and her strength in developing and implementing new processes provides a strong administrative foundation for the diverse network of our clients, agents and collaborators.
In additional to her full-time job, Regina leverages her Associate Broker license by working with a limited number of clientele to stay productive and relative in the industry. Her occupational pride is evident in her tenacious attention to details and is used in guiding, problem-solving and negotiating deals for Buyers and Sellers alike.
